Not too long ago I wrote a post on Should you rent or own in Ann Arbor?
Should you chose to rent, check out this site Ann Arbor Apartments to Rent with Reviews. There are over 79 apartments to read and 1635 reviews.
Many sellers that have not been able to sell are now putting their homes and condo’s in the MLS to rent until the market changes.
Search here for a list of homes or condo’s to rent in Ann Arbor or throughout Washtenaw County.
In many situations the sellers would love an offer with a “rent to own clause” in the lease. Some of the rental money can be applied to the future down payment. However, it must be negotiated what percent in the lease.

This year the Ann Arbor Art Walk is scheduled for Friday, October 17th from 5-10 P.M. and Saturday, October 18th from 12-5 P.M.
The Art Walk Guide represents a consortium of galleries, exhibition spaces, visual artists and crafts people in the greater Ann Arbor area.
As of this year, Art Walk has taken another big step by joining forces with the Arts Alliance, the Washtenaw County non-profit organization that works for all the arts in this county. Art Walk members have become linked with such efforts as the Artists Census, which made a count of artists in every field working in the county.
More than 2000 artists create their work, pay taxes, their craft, and vote in this county, which means that the arts are a major economic sector in Washtenaw County.
One of my good friends, Karen Dean is having a special private showing this Saturday, September 20th from 2-5 at 1730 Stonebridge Drive S in Ann Arbor, Mi.
Karen will be introducing her newest book, Kitty Kate’s Tea Party and her latest two paintings, “The Grand Blessing”, and “Number 42″, along with her other work.
The following galleries will be open in October for you to walk and meet the artists. You can download a map from this site.
However, Karen would love for you to stop by this Saturday for a sneak preview.

There are over 23 Golf Courses in and around Ann Arbor
. If you enjoy golf this is the place to come. I’ve probably played on most of them at one time or another. Just in case you think I am a golfer, the answer is “No”. I do enjoy playing in the Saline Chamber of Commerce fund raiser and other charity events but that is about it.
Brookside is a fun place to play, beautiful course and I enjoy looking at all the homes around the course. Ponds, creeks, and beautiful trees is another reason I like being on the course. (Plus it is 5 minutes to my house) This is gorgeous fall weather and still time to get out and play before the snow falls.
