The Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) released the October 2009 stat’s today. I like to see how the Ann Arbor Area is doing with home sales in relationship to the rest of the state of Michigan.

The ONLY board in the whole state of Michigan to report an up  in prices was Central Michigan Association of Realtors up by .07%.

The Ann Arbor Area was up 11.49% in home sales from October 08 vs October 09. The overall number of homes sold in 09 is also down by 4.60%
