There are over 23 Golf Courses in and around Ann Arbor
. If you enjoy golf this is the place to come. I’ve probably played on most of them at one time or another. Just in case you think I am a golfer, the answer is “No”. I do enjoy playing in the Saline Chamber of Commerce fund raiser and other charity events but that is about it.
Brookside is a fun place to play, beautiful course and I enjoy looking at all the homes around the course. Ponds, creeks, and beautiful trees is another reason I like being on the course. (Plus it is 5 minutes to my house) This is gorgeous fall weather and still time to get out and play before the snow falls.

I have another blog where I post, it is within the Activerain Community. There are over 106,000 Realtors, Lenders, Brokers, Stagers in that community. You could say it was where I first learned about blogging. Oh I had started a blog before I stumbled across Activerain, but I just didn’t “get it” until I joined this real estate specific community.
Here is a little widget from mybloglog that links to some recent posts over there.

Regardless of your political persuasion in this election year, September 11 is a day to remember those who loss their lives.
I was in 5th grade when President John F. Kennedy was shot. That is a day I will never forget either. I was in choir practice at my Catholic School in Paducah, Ky.
On Sept 11, 2001, I was at a RE/MAX office meeting, when two of our agents cell phones kept blowing up. Finally, one agent got up and walked out of the meeting. When he walked back in all he did was set a radio on the conference room table.
We all got up and quietly walked out… to our cars… to our homes… to our families. America was under attack and we had no idea what to do. How could this be happening?
Tomorrow I will remember. History tells us that those who fail to learn from our history are doomed to make the mistakes of the past.
9/11 tribute (josh groban)
