Beware of Devious Agents

"Beware that some devious agents will at first suggest a very handsome price. Then, after they have the listing and the house hasn't sold, they'll come back with a pitch to lower the price."

In other words, an agent will promise a high price to get you to sign on with them and secure you're listing. Then, after you're locked into a contract with that agent, they'll talk you into lowering the price to a more reasonable range to get the house to actually sell. Don't fall for that trap!
